Students are guided through basic principles i.e. Regions of the body, bones and muscle names as well as the function of these body parts. In class we dive deep and learn about connective tissue, cells, protein synthesis and more.
At the Massage Study Centre we use unique teaching styles to help students feel more confident about this subject and create an atmosphere of fun learning and encourage students to learn to love learning about themselves.

MODULE ONE
Module ONE of the Massage programme provides the student with a unique learning experience and a solid foundation from which to build a new career. Massage Therapy offers a highly competitive earning capacity, with graduated students earning between US20 - USD60 per hour.
Course fees include all materials, Manuals, hand-outs, journals and classroom practical oils and use of tables during the course.

Course Objectives
To give a thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of therapeutic massage, along with a sound understanding of the structure of the human body.
To help students develop a full range of practical techniques and referral skills.

To promote the well-being and health of participants and their clients through supervised learning in a comfortable environment.
Course Evaluation
Written, non-competitive testing and practical observations for both Module ONE
Full course attendance; students may not miss more than 2 practicals
20 hours practical massage therapy outside classroom hours
Obtain at least Grade C (50%-69%) for Anatomy and Physiology
